Maritess Bott

Maritess T. Bott has practiced law for quite some time. In fact, she has been representing clients for more than two decades. She began her career in downtown Chicago, where she focused on business and estate planning for those with a high net worth. It was from this experience that she amplified her skills. She has a way of identifying the objectives of her clients and then utilizing strategies so they can meet their goals.

Maritess graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and minor in Communications. She had worked for United Airlines Credit Union shortly after graduation day. A few years later, she earned her law degree from John Marshall Law School while working part-time at Weiss & Block Chartered. She also earned a masters in Accountancy from Dominican University (then Rosary College).

In 2003, Ms. Bott became a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, which is a nationally exclusive organization that focuses on promoting only excellence in all things estate planning. She is only one of a few academy members in the Chicago area. She uses this expertise to provide dependable legal services to her clients.

A few years later, in 2007, Maritess decided to begin the journey of owning her very own law firm. This choice was driven by her desire to serve clients in a personalized way. After meeting with you, you will quickly see that she values her clients and treats them like they are a part of her family. She understands that when people seek legal help, it is often because they are going through a difficult time.

If you are in need of a lawyer, including a business law lawyer in Schaumburg, IL, who understands what you are going through and provide excellent legal services, then look no further than Maritess T. Bott at Bott & Associates, LTD
